PUBLISHED ON: 01/31/2019
Mark Beardsworth, Tom Epps, and Anupreet Amole, all attorneys in Brown Rudnick's London office and members of the firm's White Collar Defense and Government Investigations Team, contributed a chapter to the 2019 Edition of The Practitioner’s Guide to Global Investigations. The Brown Rudnick chapter examines UK jurisdictional issues for economic crimes such as bribery, money laundering, and tax evasion.
The Practitioner’s Guide to Global Investigations, published by Global Investigations Review, is the essential desktop reference on how to navigate corporate investigations. Global Investigations Review is a leading media organization dedicated to analysing the law and practice of international investigations.
Global Investigations Review also publishes the GIR 100, a yearly list of the world's leading white collar defense and government investigations firms, where Brown Rudnick has been regularly included. The most recent edition of the GIR 100 lauded Brown Rudnick's White Collar Defense and Government Investigations Team for playing "a vital role in some of the world’s largest cases" and "representing individuals caught up in many headline-grabbing investigations, including the US FIFA probe and the Tesco accountancy investigation."
The Practitioner’s Guide to Global Investigations is available online to all visitors to the GIR website and in hard copy to subscribers of GIR as part of their subscription.
