Ms. Hopkins is a member of the Government Contracts & Litigation Group. She represents clients in a wide variety of issues relating to the formation and administration of government contracts, as well as bid protests, contract disputes and litigation. Her experience includes representing clients before federal, state, administrative and arbitration tribunals.
Ms. Hopkins has participated in jury trial teams for both commercial and government contract litigation. She also has assisted clients in wage and hour class actions, including collective actions arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Ms. Hopkins has conducted internal investigations and compliance reviews for government contract clients. Additionally, she has counseled clients regarding government investigations, voluntary disclosures, reverse-FOIA claims, procurement integrity issues and wage and hour issues.
Ms. Hopkins also has significant experience in reviewing and interpreting government contracts and reviewing, interpreting and drafting commercial contracts.
