Mr. Lauchheimer is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s Litigation Department.
His legal experience spans complex commercial litigation and contract disputes related to media, energy, regulatory, real estate, and employment issues. During law school, Mr. Lauchheimer served as judicial intern to the Honorable Richard M. Berman of the Southern District of New York, and as an intern to the Office of the General Counsel at Merrill Lynch, and at the Appellate Division, Grievance Committee for the 2nd and 11th Judicial Districts in Brooklyn, New York.
While in college, Mr. Lauchheimer worked for The National Law Journal where he authored a number of articles on various topics of law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lauchheimer was a litigation associate at Thelen LLP.
