Ms. Gerber‘s practice encompasses corporate, transactional and securities law. She assists both public and private clients in all stages of development in a variety of matters, including formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, public and private offerings and other commercial and financial transactions.
As part of Brown Rudnick’s Cleantech Team, Ms. Gerber is also part of collaborative, cross-disciplinary initiatives to assist clients in this evolving sector.
Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Ms. Gerber served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Chief Judge Joseph Bataillon, United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. Ms. Gerber also worked as a corporate auditor for the Union Pacific Corporation, where she audited labor agreements, vendor contracts, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, long-term real estate leases and privacy regulations.
While in law school, Ms. Gerber served as the Chair of the Academic Standards Committee of the Law Students Association, as well as the Professional Development Chair of the Business & Law Society.
