Ms. Quigley is law clerk in the Litigation Department. She has interned with the Gender Research & Awareness Project at the Legal Assistance Centre in Namibia. Prior to her legal studies, Ms. Quigley worked in public relations in both the public and private sector in New York, where she drafted press releases and worked on publicity campaigns.
She received her J.D. from Cornell Law School with a concentration in Business Regulation. She speaks French, and has a B.A. in Linguistics and History from New York University.
