Mr. Gammell is co-chair of the firm's Emerging Technologies practice and advises entrepreneurial companies in all stages of development, from formation to liquidity. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, venture capital, intellectual property, licensing and strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, and international law. Mr. Gammell counsels publicly and privately held companies in a variety of industries including information technology (hardware, software and services), cleantech, medical device, life sciences and other high technology sectors and social entrepreneurial businesses.
As part of Brown Rudnicks Cleantech Team, Mr. Gammell is also part of collaborative, cross-disciplinary initiatives to assist clients in this evolving sector.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Gammell was a nuclear engineer and officer in the US Navy.
