Brown Rudnick’s salaries are set at a level competitive with comparable Boston firms.  We also pay all expenses related to taking the state bar exam, including a bar review course.

Brown Rudnick provides associates with 4 weeks of paid vacation time and paid leaves of absence including Child Rearing leaves for primary and secondary care providers.

Attorneys are eligible to work at a reduced hour schedule for personal reasons and are eligible to be elevated to partner while on a reduced hour schedule.
