Brown Rudnick’s salaries are
set at a level competitive with comparable Boston firms. We also pay
all expenses related to taking the state bar exam, including a bar review
course.
The Firm offers all associates

with same and opposite gender domestic partner benefits eligibility.
Brown Rudnick provides
associates with 4 weeks of paid vacation time and paid leaves of absence
including Child Rearing leaves for primary and secondary care providers.
Attorneys are eligible to work
at a reduced hour schedule for personal reasons and are eligible to be
elevated to partner while on a reduced hour schedule. Other benefits include
immediate eligibility to contribute to the Firm’s 401(k) plan, emergency
back-up child care, paid bar membership, flexible spending accounts for
child care and transportation costs, moving expenses and CLE courses.
