Diversity

Brown Rudnick is an equal opportunity employer. While diversity has been a stated value and active mission of the firm for many years, we recently identified several diversity initiatives to focus on and measure ourselves against. Under the administration of Brown Rudnick’s Diversity Committee, we are committed to providing diversity training to members of our Hiring Committee and to our management teams on an ongoing basis. Beyond these groups, we are also planning diversity awareness programs and leadership workshops.
