An Exceptional Experience

Brown Rudnick's growth strategy includes hiring the best talent and we are committed to running a Summer Associate Program to help us do just that. We allocate significant time, energy and resources to provide each summer associate with a first-hand experience of life as lawyer at our firm. With the goal of replicating a first year associate's workload, we challenge our summer participants to accept a wide range of assignments. This work experience is paired with a fun social calendar enabling our summer class to become acquainted with each other and our attorneys.
