Gregory Sampson, a Brown Rudnick partner in the Real Estate Practice Group, will moderate the “Housing Choice: A New Tool for Housing Production” panel at an event hosted by NAIOP Massachusetts on March 3rd. Greg and the other panelists will cover the recent housing production legislation that is part of the economic relief package passed by the Legislature in the final hours of the 2019/2020 Session. The legislation introduces significant changes to zoning laws in the Commonwealth. The speakers will discuss how the legislation will be implemented and what it means for real estate development in Massachusetts.

Greg advises clients in a variety of transactional real estate, land use, and environmental matters, and he represents clients throughout the permitting and public approval processes before local, state, and federal permit-granting authorities.

NAIOP Massachusetts, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, represents the interests of companies involved with the development, ownership, management and financing of commercial properties.
