Introduction

Boston, MA, March 24, 2011 – Brown Rudnick, an international law firm with offices in
the US and Europe, has received The M&A Advisor 2011 Turnaround of the Year (Large Market) and Divestiture Deal of the Year Awards.  The Firm was selected as a member of the deal team in the Flying J/Big West Chapter 11 case.  Specifically, Brown Rudnick represented the Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent for Big West Oil, LLC Term Loan Facility.  The Brown Rudnick legal team was led by Partners Howard L. Siegel and Robert J. Stark.
