Introduction

London, U.K., January 11, 2011 -- On December 7, 2010, Brown Rudnick’s European
Venture Capital & Emerging Technologies Group, successfully closed a deal involving Lotus Renault GP Limited (formerly known as the Renault Formula One (F1™)).  The transaction involved the Firm’s client Genii Capital acquiring Renault's remaining stake in the Team and entering into various agreements with Group Lotus PLC and Renault SAS and its affiliated companies.  Both Lotus and Renault serve as Title Sponsors to the Team for the 2011 racing season onwards.
