announced that it represented independent merchant banking boutique, LJ Group, in a management buyout (MBO) of Deloitte Investment and Pension Consulting (IPC).  The Brown Rudnick legal team was led by Partner Mark Dorff, head of the firm’s UK & European Corporate Group.
