Yesterday we reported that the implementation of BERDO is likely to be delayed based on an amendment to the ordinance offered by Councilor Frank Baker earlier this month.  A public hearing on the amendment was held on Monday, April 28th, and a vote on the amendment was forthcoming.  Today we received word that the Boston City Council has voted to approve the amendment.  Before the amendment becomes law, however, it still needs to be signed by Mayor Marty Walsh.  To read the amendment, click here.
