The Litigation Daily recently quoted directly from an amicus brief filed by Brown Rudnick's Kenneth Weckstein, Stephen BestAlex Lipman, Justin Weddle and Ashley Baynham on behalf of Mark Cuban which challenged the SEC's procedure for appointing administrative law judges.
