Financier Worldwide recently published "Foreign investment in Latin America – opportunities and challenges" featuring Alejandro D. Fiuza, chair of the Brown Rudnick Latin America practice group.  In the article, Cate Ambrose, president and executive director of the Latin American Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LAVCA), moderates a discussion about opportunities and challenges for foreign investment in Latin America.  The discussion features Alejandro as well as other attorneys at notable firms.
