Shemane Amin practices in Brown Rudnick’s Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Group. She represents debtors, official and ad hoc creditor groups, equity holders, and other parties-in-interest. Shemane has experience with a range of bankruptcy and restructuring issues including the Chapter 11 plan confirmation process, asset sales, and various motion and litigation practice.
Shemane is fluent in Gujarati and Swahili.

- Representation of court-appointed liquidators of Fairfield Sentry Limited, the largest feeder fund to Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities, in cross-border insolvency and litigation disputes.
