Jim Avery has represented a variety of clients in a wide range of regulatory proceedings before the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities, the Massachusetts Energy Facilities Siting Board and other state utility commissions.  Jim has also represented clients in a variety of commercial and financial transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, corporate restructuring, contracts and financings.
