Allison Condon practices general commercial litigation at Brown Rudnick, where she has assisted clients in a variety of matters, including contract, media law, banking, clawback actions, employment, and bankruptcy litigation.  Allison has also pro bono represented clients seeking unemployment benefits before the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance, and has successfully negotiated settlements for various pro bono clients.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Allison was a Correctional Litigation Associate in the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, where she assisted in the successful defense of federal civil right actions brought by state prisoners against state correctional employees.

At Cornell Law School, Allison was Editor in Chief of the Legal Information Institute Supreme Court Bulletin, an online journal publishing previews of upcoming Supreme Court cases.  She served as law school representative for the Cornell Graduate & Professional Students Assembly Council of Representatives and Teaching Assistant for legal writing courses for foreign L.L.M. students as well as an undergraduate labor law course.  Allison further served as a legal intern in the General Counsel’s Office of the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services, where she assisted with tort and employment discrimination cases.
