Anthony Boccamazzo is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s Commercial Litigation Group.

Anthony represents individuals and entities in all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts across the country. Anthony has experience drafting pleadings, briefing dispositive motions, conducting discovery, drafting appeals, appearing before the courts and negotiating settlements.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Anthony served as a Research Analyst for the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities in New Haven, Connecticut where he researched legal, financial and labor issues for municipal officials across Connecticut.


Representation of private equity firm and its executives against fraud and breach of contract claims brought by financial purchaser arising out of the stock sale of a distribution-based portfolio company.

Representation of publicly traded company in connection with the defense of a class action environmental lawsuit.
