Biography

Arnold Blair is an eDiscovery attorney with over 14 years of legal experience including counseling case teams on best practices involving electronic documents and the legal issues surrounding them. Arnold's experience includes all aspects of electronic discovery  including regulatory investigations, cases involving theft of trade secrets, criminal matters, and complex commercial litigations. He also has extensive knowledge relating to document retention and collection practices, privilege issues,  and workflows for document review and productions.
