Aude Manzo-Keszler is a Counsel in Brown Rudnick's Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Group in the Paris office.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Aude was a senior associate in the Banking and Finance team of August & Debouzy in Paris. She was previously an associate in the Banking and Finance team of Weil Gotshal & Manges Paris office and of the real estate financing tem of Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris. Aude started her career in the corporate department of Clifford Chance Paris office. While working in her previous firms, she worked on LBOs, real estate financings, project finance, restructurings and acquisition finance in France, representing debtors, sponsors and creditors alike.

Aude Manzo-Keszler's native language is French; she is also fluent in English.
