Brian Rice is a member of Brown Rudnick’s Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring group. He advises official and ad hoc creditor groups (including institutional investors, assets managers, and individual credit funds) in connection with recapitalizations, asset sales, and other restructuring transactions, both in and out of court. Brian has also represented portfolio companies and other middle-market debtors in various financial and operational reorganizations.
