Biography

Camille M. Vasquez is an associate in Brown Rudnick's Commercial Litigation group. 

Camille handles a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including wage and hour class action, qui tam, contract, managed care contracting suits and bad faith claims. Camille also has particular experience in litigating federal and state court cases in the areas of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Fair Employment and Housing Act, California’s Private Attorney General Act (PAGA), California Business and Professions Code, and various whistle-blower statutes.  In addition to her experience in the federal and state courts, Camille has represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Camille also regularly counsels clients on various labor and employment issues, including hiring, terminations, employee handbooks, compensation arrangements, harassment and discrimination claims, and internal investigations.  

Prior to Brown Rudnick, Camille was an attorney at Manatt, Phelps and Phillips LLP.
