Emily Henderson is an associate in the Corporate Practice group at Brown Rudnick.

Emily has recently graduated from Boston University School of Law and was a Summer Associate with us in 2017. Prior to Brown Rudnick, Emily worked for the City of Newton, where she researched and wrote on local campaign finance laws. Additionally, she researched and produced educational materials on municipal and federal drone regulations.

While at Boston University School of Law, Emily was an Executive Editor for the Review of Banking & Financial Law. She was also member of the Entrepreneurship & IP Clinic where she assisted the start-up community at MIT and Boston University with legal issues such as entity selection and formation, equity allocation, and trademark registration.
