Irina Nica is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s Corporate Group.

Prior to Brown Rudnick, Irina was a Student-at-Law at Stikeman Elliott LLP in Montreal where she gained experience on various corporate and capital markets matters, including public and private securities offerings, investments, and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

While at McGill University Faculty of Law, Irina was a Senior Editor for the McGill Journal of Law and Health, where one of the articles she edited was cited by the Supreme Court of Canada, and was also involved with the McGill Innocence Legal Clinic and Pro Bono Students Canada. Prior to attending law school, Irina worked at as an analyst in investment banking and at the central Bank of Canada.
