Biography

Martha Baselga is an associate in Brown Rudnick's White Collar Defense & Government Investigations group. Martha is a dual-qualified lawyer: she originally qualified as a Lawyer (Abogado) in Spain following which she qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.

Martha represents individuals and corporates involved in bribery, corruption and complex fraud investigations conducted by the Serious Fraud Office and other UK enforcement agencies and has experience conducting internal investigations.

Martha also advises clients on complex criminal matters, extradition and mutual legal assistance and has a special interest in cross-border investigations and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Martha is a committee member of the British Spanish Law Association (BSLA).
