Biography

Max Schlan is an associate in Brown Rudnick's Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Practice Group. He is experienced in bankruptcy, restructuring, litigation and transactional work.  He has represented debtors and creditors in bankruptcy matters ranging from $100 million to more than $1 billion in liabilities.

Max served as a law clerk at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware to The Honorable Kevin J. Carey, The Honorable Christopher S. Sontchi, and The Honorable Mary F. Walrath (2012-2013).
