Nathaniel Amendola is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s Corporate and Real Estate groups and he specializes in private equity transactions, capital investments, and general business law. A professional “dot connector,” clients consistently turn to Nathaniel in a capacity as both a business partner and as a legal advisor. Nathaniel is consistently recognized by clients for his exceptional negotiation skills and for his thoughtful approach to complex transactional issues.

Nathaniel has a robust national and regional real estate and corporate practice, and he frequently represents some of the largest and most prominent private equity firms, investment funds, real estate owners and operators, and high net worth individuals. He routinely counsels clients in the acquisition, sale, development, leasing, and financing of real estate assets, with a particular emphasis on retail and industrial properties. Nathaniel also has experience in resolving real estate disputes at all stages of litigation and arbitration.

In addition to Nathaniel’s real estate practice, he also counsels professional hunting and fishing guides, television personalities, outdoor equipment manufacturers, and other professionals in the fishing, outdoors, and leisure markets. 
Prior to becoming an attorney, Nathaniel worked as an analyst at a major investment bank and as a consultant at an environmental and economic consulting firm. While in law school he was a member of the Syracuse Law Review and Class President.
Nathaniel is an avid saltwater fly fisherman and fly tier.
