Peter Wozny is an associate in the Corporate department in Brown Rudnick's London office. He has experience in national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, corporate re-organisations and other general commercial matters.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Peter worked in the Corporate & Capital Markets department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in both their London and Moscow offices.

Peter speaks English, Polish and Russian.
