Biography

Samira Javadova is a senior member in Brown Rudnick's Real estate Special Situations team in London.

Samira focuses on working with family offices, high-net worth individuals, funds, private equity and property companies which invest in or finance real estate transactions of various sizes, types and across geographies. Coming from a family business and investments background, Samira advises clients on investment strategies and connects sources of capital to off-market investment opportunities. She also helps clients to find co-investors, to raise senior and junior asset-backed finance by tapping into her network creates interesting opportunities and synergies between clients. Samira holds degrees from London School of Economics and Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, and is fluent in English, Russian, Turkish and French.
