Intellectual Property


Zachary Hyde is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s Intellectual Property practice. He assists clients in pursuing effective prosecution strategies. His experience includes drafting and filing patent applications, drafting claims, responding to Office Actions, prosecuting broadening reissue applications, securing domestic and international trademark protection for clients, and managing disclosure obligations across large portfolios of related applications. He has experience with biotechnology and bioinformatics, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor devices, telecommunications, nanotechnology, alternative energy technologies such as solar power and oil shales, software and business methods.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Zack served as a legal intern at Boston College Office of Technology Transfer, where he counseled inventors on patentability and marketability of inventions and worked with inventors to identify patentable advances within their technologies.
