International law firm Brown Rudnick LLP is pleased to announce that the M&A Advisor has recognized the firm as an award winner in two categories of the 10th Annual M&A International M&A Awards.

“Since the introduction of the International M&A Awards in 2009, we have continued to witness the dynamic growth of cross border M&A. Geopolitics and technological innovation have played an important role in international dealmaking during this past year and the winning award nominations certainly reflect that trend,” says David Fergusson, President and Co-CEO of The M&A Advisor. “The global M&A experts, whose expertise is reflected in their achievement as 2018 award winners, earned these honors by standing out in a group of very impressive candidates.”

Brown Rudnick was honored to receive the "Restructuring of the Year" award in the over $5 Billion category for its work on the restructuring of SunEdison, a large renewable energy company that develops, builds, owns, and operates solar power plants and wind energy plants. Brown Rudnick also won restructuring of the year in the $500 million - $1 billion category for its work on the restructuring of BPS US Holdings, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of sports apparel.

The awards will be presented in conjunction with the 2018 M&A Advisor Global Corporate Growth Summit on June 18, 2018, in New York City.
