Our efforts are led by Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Partners, Jane Colston and Chelsea Mullarney, with Director of Equity, Inclusion and Diversity, Renauld G. Clarke. Collectively, this team advises the firm on how best to identify and address implicit biases, increase the opportunities for people of color, women, disabled professionals, LGBT+ and other professionals from diverse backgrounds to join the firm and advance at all levels, and create a more inclusive work environment for all employees of the firm.

  • Member of the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance (LFAA) dedicated to providing pro bono resources to help address systemic racism
  • Partner of the International Law Book Facility (ILBF) supporting the rule of law and access to justice across the world through sharing legal knowledge
