Gracie Aguero is an Associate in the Firm's Corporate Practice Group.

Gracie represents private and public company clients in a broad range of securities, transactional, and governance matters, including securities law reporting and compliance, private and public offerings and other financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. Gracie has represented clients in varying industries such as life sciences, medical devices, software and technology, financial services, retail, energy and utilities, and blockchain, among others.

In addition to her corporate practice, Gracie represents clients in immigration matters on a pro bono basis. While at Boston University School of Law, Gracie was the president of the Women’s Law Association and a member of the Boston University Law Review
